Emergency Appeal By the USPTO Expected

As the news of the USPTO's injunction spreads like chaparral wild fire, most are speculating that the USPTO will seek an emergency stay of the injunction tonight by way of an emergency motion to the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

PTO Rule Changes Enjoined: Developing Story

This just in from reliable sources in the ED of VA, the USPTO has been enjoined from implementing rule changes tomorrow. Judge Cacheris has apparently entered an injunction and this will most certainly be appealed by the USPTO in an emergency motion to the CAFC. More on this developing story in a bit.
